Project Approach
Overall Responsibility
We assume the overall responsibility for managing the project during construction as the general contractor.
Infection Control Processes
We setup the proper Infection Control processes which will be monitored closely and maintained daily.
On-Site Coordination
We coordinate the required shutdowns utilizing the proper procedure methods and ensure no disruption with the user group business operations.
Quality Assurance
We inspect the work as it is being performed until completion and acceptance to assure that the materials that are furnished and the work performed are in accordance with Working Drawings and Specifications.
Our Quality Guarantee
We establish on-site organization and lines of authority to carry out the overall plans of the Construction Team. We are responsible for the establishment of effective programs relating to safety, job site records, labor relations, and progress responsibility.
We work diligently with all members of the Construction Team to ensure that the project is delivered successfully while satisfying the client's objectives and expectations.
